REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR

We are seeking to expand sales and sales management resources required to meet customer demand for EADS Secure Networks (EADS SN) P25 solutions in North America.

Job Description:
Responsible for all direct and indirect sales activities to all market segments within the defined geographic territory. Responsible to manage and grow the indirect distribution channel as well as to coordinate and resolve channel conflicts. Responsible to represent EADS SN at regional trade shows and conferences.

Responsible to develop regional sales plans, to identify and secure new product and services opportunities for EADS SN. Responsible to lead sales proposal process for identified opportunities and to coordinate resources required to deliver final proposals.

Responsible to coordinate regional EADS SN activities with EADS North American and EADS Global efforts.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience in large system sales to government agencies
• Demonstrated record of winning projects in excess of $10M
• Broad knowledge of Public Safety communications marketplace
• Specific knowledge of available communication products, solutions, and systems
• Knowledge of military and governmental customers
• Technical and/or business degree(s)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong computer skills
• Background and training in strategic selling model for complex systems

Ideal candidate will have proven sales and management experience with another PMR company.
