Regional Sales Director: Responsible for all direct and indirect sales activities to all market segments within the defined geographic territory. Responsible to manage and grow the indirect distribution channel as well as to coordinate and resolve channel conflicts. Responsible to represent EADS SN at regional trade shows and conferences. Responsible to develop regional sales plans, to identify and secure new product and services opportunities for EADS SN. System Architect: The System Architect’s role is to develop competitive technical solutions, including network & system engineering, for EADS customers. He/she provides support to the Sales & Marketing team, while working in conjunction with the CTO and product engineering teams. Responsible to design, engineer, validate and deploy competitive mission critical network solutions. Responsible for supporting pre-sale activities, bid responses, customer solution deployments, and customer evolutions.

System Engineer:The System Engineer’s role is to develop system integration specifications and test plans for EADS and third party products, and support sales and marketing efforts through product demonstrations, bid response, and customer meetings and presentations. Responsibilities include performing system integration testing and validation, developing customer acceptance and trial test plans, and performing customer acceptance launches. Responsibilities include system level three maintenance during customer trials and for generally available products, as well as on call customer support and on-site support as needed during trial periods. Technical Sales Engineer: The Technical Sales Engineer is a key member of the sales and marketing, pre-sales, and system design teams. Responsibilities include influencing customer’s technical specifications, and developing understanding of customer’s existing systems and operational requirements. Develops technical and system design strategies to differentiate from competition, and develops preliminary system design including conducting site visits to existing and potential sites, verifying GPS coordinates for key points in the proposed system, and conducting signal loss analysis as needed.
